The HCCA Lifelong Cattlemen's Award

 This award recognizes long time members who have contributed greatly to the success and efforts of Holy Cross Cattlemen’s Association; who have played a significant part in keeping beef production and land stewardship relevant in their communities; and have been active in their communities helping and/or contributing to the success of organizations and individuals. This award was started in 2019. In 2019 and 2020 recipients were presented with hand-painted vases by Mary Whitworth. The vases were decorated with their brands and a ranch scene representing their operation. 

 In 2022 we will present four awards. The recipients will receive a hand-painted award by Anne Hunter a local artist from Rifle. Be sure and attend Holy Cross Cattlemen’s Association – A Cattlemen’s Night Out and FUN'draiser on Feb. 19 at the Hotel Colorado to learn who our 2022 recipients are.
